University Innovation Fellows

The University Innovation Fellows program, run by Stanford University's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, empowers students to become agents of change at their schools and provide student voices to conversations about the future of higher education. UR participated for the first time last year and is supporting one of the largest student groups in the program this year.

During both semesters, they will develop a collaborative CIE-themed research and design project, work with peers, faculty, and administrators to create ways to enhance innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity at UR. They will also serve as advisors to UR's Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship faculty committee. For questions or more information, contact Somiah Lattimore. Check out the accomplishments of this year's cohort!

Congratulations to nine UR students who have been named University Innovation Fellows. These students are among nearly 200 students from 45 higher education institutions in 14 countries to be chosen for this opportunity.
